This course focuses on identifying, evaluating, and capturing business analytics opportunities that create value. Topics include core analytic methods and case studies on organizations that have successfully deployed these techniques.
The course is divided into two parts. The first covers using data to develop insights and predictive capabilities through machine learning techniques. The second focuses on A/B testing, causal inference, ethics, and optimization to support decision-making.
