This course will introduce students to frameworks for making better decisions in the business world, drawing from microeconomics and the theory of rational choice in a largely non-technical way. The goal is to equip students with the know-how to quickly analyze and optimize decisions that might otherwise result in paralysis or avoidable errors. The course will pair accessible explanations of economic tools with situations drawn from the workplace and everyday life.
