Finance Theory I introduces the conceptual framework of modern finance. We will discuss both the corporate finance foundation (Modigliani-Miller Paradigm) and core asset pricing frameworks. The development of the material is mathematical, but the main objective is to build a foundation of financial economics so in the future you are able to develop your financial and economic insights and reasoning.
